WATERY FACTSThe best drinks for thirsty active young dino-stars are Water & Milk. It’s essential for young dinosaurs to remain hydrated, especially when being physically active. The Human body is about 66% water, it helps to control body temperature, transport nutrients and digest food. Fish is high in protein, vitamins and minerals and low in saturated fats, which is great for a healthy body. Chewie loves oily fish like mackerel, salmon and sardines as they contain Omega 3 fatty acids which may help him with concentration.
